Project Overview

Introducing the new state-of-the-art corporate headquarters located in one of Ireland’s most sought-after business districts. Designed to reflect its prestigious environment and the rich heritage of the surrounding area, this prominent corporate space is now home to 1,000 employees.

Dlight were very pleased to be the lighting consultants for this prestigious fit-out. The emphasis on sustainability and energy efficiency in the design of the building is evident through the selection of high-performance technical luminaires from human-centric manufacturers like Lightnet, Rovasi & Buck Lighting. Bespoke ceiling lights designed by Dlight were chosen for all executive suites throughout the AIB HQ.

This sustainable approach ensures that the occupiers can minimise both operational costs and environmental impact. In fact, No. 10 Molesworth Street bears the distinction of being the first newly-constructed office in Ireland to achieve platinum accreditation through the LEED system of rating for sustainability.

In terms of decorative lighting, Dlight specified many iconic pieces from Muuto, Marset, Molto Luce, Brian Kirk, Zero and Bert Frank. The decorative selection of pendants and chandeliers within this space offer a playful mix of contrasting materials, to include brass, aluminium, wood and glass.
