Zendesk develops cloud-based software that helps organisations build stronger customer relationships. Its solutions empower businesses to enhance customer engagement and gain deeper insights into customer needs.

The company employs over 500 people in Ireland, operating from its Grade A offices at 55 Charlemont Place. Opened in 2018, this impressive 58,000 sq. ft. building serves as Zendesk’s headquarters for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
