This striking new development spans seven floors, offering approximately 14,000 m² of premium office accommodation in one of Dublin’s most prestigious business locations, Central Park. Designed with comfort, creativity, productivity and sustainability at its core, Block I sets a new benchmark for contemporary working environments.

Although built to the highest architectural and environmental standards, the Central Park offices provide a blank canvas for design teams to express their creativity. Our lighting design team collaborated closely with MOLA Architecture and Jones Engineering to complete detailed lighting calculations, ensuring each space was perfectly illuminated for its intended purpose. Dlight was also entrusted with supplying the full decorative lighting package that enhances the building’s distinctive ambience.

Energy-efficient downlights from Karizma Luce are seamlessly integrated into the dark ceilings, creating a clean, cohesive look across the open-plan workspaces.

The ever-popular Ginger wall lights from Barcelona-based Marset bring warmth and comfort to the seating booths, fostering an inviting atmosphere that encourages creativity. A similar aesthetic continues throughout the recreational areas, where elegant fittings from Rubn and Globen add a refined touch.

Our engineers also partnered with Optaled to design a bespoke lighting feature that follows the curved outline of the top-floor kitchen. This custom solution delivers excellent task lighting while serving as a striking visual focal point.

A vibrant atmosphere greets visitors in the reception area, where LED tape from premium manufacturer Proled is cleverly used to accentuate key architectural elements. This feature continues through breakout zones and the cafeteria, maintaining visual continuity. The lighting creates a warm, inviting environment that inspires innovation and collaboration.
