Project Overview
The Dublin Port Greenway transforms a previously inaccessible section of the port into a stunning new public space, inviting visitors to walk, cycle and experience the scenic beauty of Dublin’s waterfront like never before.
The goal was to create a welcoming, modern greenway that emphasised both accessibility and aesthetic appeal, while maintaining a strong focus on design excellence and durability in a challenging coastal environment.
To achieve this, the project team selected the Reno Elements illuminating column by Hess, a lighting solution renowned for its sleek, seamless design and striking presence.
Crafted from a single-piece aluminium profile, Reno Elements features custom-cut recesses that allow for flawless integration without shadow gaps, ensuring a clean and elegant look in any urban environment.
The Reno Elements luminaires have elevated the Dublin Port Greenway, delivering a beautifully illuminated, contemporary public space that complements the waterfront surroundings. Their precision engineering and design-driven aesthetic make them an ideal fit for modern city landscapes.
Hess remains the premium choice for urban lighting, offering products that combine outstanding performance and craftmanship, the perfect solution for cities looking to enhance and enliven their public spaces.
