CBRE brought Dlight on board to oversee the lighting design for this project, which encompassed two builds, one in Dublin and one in Galway. A cohesive design theme was carried through both locations to ensure visual and conceptual continuity. The client, a leading IT company, envisioned a dynamic and adaptable workspace with exposed ceilings and a refined industrial aesthetic. To bring this vision to life, Dlight carefully curated a selection of luminaires from brand partners to achieve an optimal balance of aesthetics, efficiency and flexibility.

A curated combination of feature lighting from Vibia, Lightnet and Brokis was used to elevate key areas of the office. The Brokis Big One and Mona XL Pendants were strategically positioned to introduce warmth and sophistication to the dining and breakout spaces. In the meeting rooms, the Vibia Kontorno Hanging Lamp creates a striking focal point, while the Lightnet Ringo Star defines the defines the open-plan collaboration zone with its distinctive presence. In the wellness and locker rooms, Lightnet’s Code Zero and Basic Max G1 pendants  provide softer illumination that complements the calm, restorative atmosphere of these spaces.

To reduce operational costs, high-efficiency LED lighting solutions were implemented. Lightnet Liquid Line-G3 and ledluks ILO 50 luminaires were installed in open-plan offices, providing seamless illumination and energy-efficient performance. For added adaptability, track lighting and Caro track lights from Karizma Luce were strategically positioned throughout the building, allowing for flexible lighting configurations.

By combining feature and functional lighting, the result is a harmonious blend of aesthetics and practicality, perfectly suited to a modern workspace.
